Myanmar formerly known as Burma has endured the injustices of civil war for over 65 years. The junta’s “pause” of power-hungry ruling — after losing to Aung San Suu Kyi‘s NLD party in 2015 — didn’t last long & proved to be true on Feb 1st of 2021 when the world witnessed yet another coup that led to the killings of thousands with minor attention to the atrocities still endured by many.
